Cactus Valley Home Services was started by three friends from the Valley who were tired of looking at the mountains through cloudy, spotted glass. We built the company we wanted to hire: honest pricing, careful work, and windows you notice the moment you walk in.

Give every Arizona home a clearer view of the desert it was built in.

Arizona has some of the best views in the country: red-rock sunsets, Camelback on the horizon, saguaros in the backyard. But our sun, dust storms and hard water work against your glass every single day. Sprinklers leave mineral spots, monsoon season leaves grime, and before long you are looking at the view through a haze. We exist to take that haze away, and to keep it away, so the view you paid for is the view you actually see.

Why we do this

Window cleaning in the desert is its own trade. Hard water bakes onto glass in the summer heat, fine dust settles into every frame and track, and the wrong technique can leave streaks or even scratch the glass. Most people assume those cloudy spots are permanent. Usually, they are not.

We started Cactus Valley because we saw homeowners settling for windows that never really looked clean. We believe a great window cleaning should feel like a small renovation: the room looks brighter, the backyard looks closer, and the whole house feels better to come home to.

We are a young, local company, and we earn every customer one home at a time. That means showing up when we say we will, giving you the price before we start, and not leaving until the job is right.

Three founders, one Valley

Cactus Valley Home Services was started by three founders who grew up loving this place: the mountains, the sunsets, the backyards that make Arizona feel like home. We started this company to help the people around us enjoy that view, and to give the Valley a home service company it can count on.

Between the three of us, we handle every part of the business ourselves, from answering your call to scheduling your visit and making sure the job is done right. When you reach out, you are talking to an owner, not a call center.

We are just getting started, and we are building this one home and one neighbor at a time. Our goal is simple: show up when we say we will, treat your home with respect, and leave you with windows you are proud of.
